RETURNS POLICY
CHANGE OF MIND
We will gladly refund any item returned to us unopened within 14 days of purchase sealed in the original packaging and in a resellable condition, buyer accepts all return postage costs. (Excludes items sold as used) please note restocking fee applies when goods are returned outside the cooling off period, enquire when requesting a refund.
FAULTY GOODS
If you purchased an item from us and the item is defective (within the first 30 days) we will replace it free of charge, alternatively we will offer a full refund upon receipt of the faulty goods. If you purchased an item from us and the item becomes defective after 30 days we will at our discretion replace it free of charge, or alternatively we will ask you to exercise the manufacturers warranty provided with your goods. Items returned as faulty that are right when tested will be returned at the buyers expense.
We will cover the cost of the return postage for faulty or incorrect items by will issuing a prepaid label so the item can be dropped off at a local post office or parcelshop.
MISSING / LATE ITEMS
During peak seasons (ie Christmas) postal services often take longer to deliver items than they usually would so please do consider the time of year before chasing missing or late items.
If you believe your item has been lost in transit, please ensure you carry out the steps below before contacting us.
- 1. Contact your local sorting office to verify the item hasnt been taken back awaiting collection, in 90% of cases items are held in the sorting office but buyers have not been issued a collections card by Royal Mail stating such.
- 2. Please allow 15 working days from the despatch date before contacting us (this is the time Royal Mail set in order for us to pursue a claim), International buyers please leave 28 working days.
When contacting us please provide us with the telephone number of the sorting office you have contacted.
RETURNS PROCESS
Before returning any item to us please obtain an RMA number before shipping, failure to do so will mean our warehouse will not accept the delivery and will be returned back to you at your expense. If you are returning a faulty or incorrect item we will issue you with a prepaid postage label which is valid for returns via the post office or a local parcelshop drop off point. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage or send tracked in case the item gets lost, please also ensure the package contents contains a record of your Order No. and the RMA number.
Once received we will endeavour to process the return within 24 hours.
